上顎部の嚢腫3例

　I．緒言

　上顎部の嚢腫は大別して歯系嚢腫と非歯系嚢腫に分けられるが，耳鼻科領域では歯牙と関係のないものが問題になる。歯系嚢腫は歯根嚢腫，濾胞性歯牙嚢腫等比較的発生頻度高く上顎前歯部に好発する事は統計の示す所である。非歯系嚢腫は顎骨内に発生するものと，軟組織に発生するものとがあるが，大部分は久保教授の術後性頬部嚢腫及び上顎粘液腺嚢腫の2種類であり，その他稀なものとして上顎洞嚢腫，上顎正中嚢腫等がある。この度我々は非歯系上顎嚢腫として比較的珍らしいと思われる，3症例，Ⅰ上顎洞嚢腫，Ⅱ術後性頬部嚢腫を伴える歯性上顎洞炎，Ⅲ上顎正中嚢腫を経験したので報告する（第1図）。

Three cases of maxillary cyst that present-ed a differing clinical manifestation in each were cured by operative interventions. In the first case the cyst was found to be formed by ossification of the membranous portion of the natural ostium. The second case was a postoperative cyst which was partially mani-fested with a combined dental cyst and occur-red 17 years after the initial maxillary sinus. operation. The third case was maxillary cyst that involved the alveolar as well as the palatine processes.
