Ⅰ．緒言
濾胞性歯牙嚢胞に関する報告は比較的多いが，本症例の嚢胞発現部位が統計上稀なものであることから，興味ある症例と思われたので報告する。
A case of dental cyst situated in the mid-line of the maxillary bone is reported. The patient a man, aged 25, complained of nasal blockage and swelling of the left cheek. After removal of the cyst the patient made an uneventful recovery.
