頭頸部領域における良性腫瘍の病理所見

PATHOLOGICAL FINDINGS OF BENIGN TUMORS OF THE HEAD AND NECK

　I．はじめに

　頭頸部領域における良性腫瘍学の立場は，あくまでも悪性腫瘍に対する鑑別診断学的意味合において存在する傾向を否定できない。

　また一方，治療に当つては，生命に対する予後や手術後の機能障害などの面で悪性腫瘍に対する場合とは異なつた意味の厳しさが要求されることも事実である。したがつて良性腫瘍に対する認識をさらに深めることも強ち無意味ではない。

Observations on 91cases of the head and neck tumors operated during the 4 years between July, 1971 to July, 1973, are reported.

These tumors consisted of the benign epithelial and nonepithelial types and they were considered under pathological evaluation.
