上顎洞根治手術後に発生したる歯性上顎嚢腫例

　術後性の副鼻腔嚢腫は今では屡々遭遇する一般的疾患であるが，この原因に就ては未だ明確になつていない。これ等は何れも副鼻腔主として上顎洞の手術腔から成立したものとされている。私は最近術後発生した嚢腫が歯性のものである例を経験したので，極めて珍らしい症例として報告する。

Kamemoto reports a case of maxillary cyst that established itself after the operation on the maxillary sinus. The patient, a woman aged 34, had the operation performed on her 16 years before. The author believes the cyst to be a dental origin.
