悪性腫瘍を思わせた上顎洞血管腫（いわゆる血瘤腫）の1例

A HEMANGIOMA OF THE MAXILLA SIMULATING A MALIGNANT TUMOR

　I．緒言

　いわゆる上顎洞血瘤腫は比較的稀な腫瘍であり，しかも悪性腫瘍との鑑別診断の困難な場合が多い。今回われわれは上顎悪性腫瘍と思われる症例の診断治療過程において，いわゆる上顎洞血瘤腫と診断された一治験例を経験したので，これを報告するとともに，文献的考察を加え諸賢の参考に供したいと思う。

　A man, aged 30, complained of impaired nasal breathing and constant hemorrhagic nasal discharges. The x-ray examination showed a diffuse shaddow on the right maxillary sinus. The patient was operated which revealed a large hematoma-like malignant tumor. The diagnosis was confirmed by tissue examination.
