諸外国では口唇癌症例の報告が多いのにわが国では発症頻度が低い。最近著者らは口唇癌症例2例を経験し，1例に対してはCo60照射とブレオマイシン併用療法，他の1例に対してはX線照射とブレオマイシン併用療法実施し著効を得たのでその成績を報告し，あわせて口唇癌について考察したい。
A case of squamous cell carcinoma of the lower lip in a man, aged 43, is reported.
A complete cure was attained by means of treatment with the combined administration of bleomycin an Co60.
The second case of squamous cell carcinoma of the lower lip in a man, aged 58, was cured by means of treatment with bleomycin supplmented with X-rays.
