舌に発生した唾液腺多形腺腫（いわゆる混合腫瘍）の一症例

SO-CALLED MIXED TUMOR OF THE TONGUE: REPORT OF A CASE

　I．はじめに

　唾液腺由来の多形腺腫（いわゆる混合腫瘍）は大唾液腺のみならず小唾液腺からも発生するところから，この腫瘍は口腔内にも多く認められ，耳鼻咽喉科領域および口腔外科領域からの報告が多くみられる。今回われわれは，舌に発生した唾液腺多形腺腫（いわゆる混合腫瘍）の一症例を経験したが，このような症例は国内外の文献を調べても非常に稀であり，Brunschwig^6），Rawsonら^17），Fleming^7），金子ら^11）などの報告例がみられるのみである。以下に若干の考察を加えて自験例を報告する。

　A rare case of so-called mixed tumor of the tongue is reported. A patient, male aged 65 years, had an encapsulated mass, 2.5 cm in diameter, at the corpusapex of his tongue.

　The removal of the tumor was performed, and the histopathological diagnosis was so-called mixed tumor.

　According to the pathological examination, the tumor seemed to be originated from the glandula lingualis anterior.
