緒言
いわゆる唾液腺混合腫瘍は耳下腺に最も多く発生し，顎下腺に発生するものは比較的頻度が低く舌下腺には稀であることは従来の諸家の報告により明らかにされているところであるが，最近右顎下腺に発生した混合腫瘍の1例を経験し，手術的に治癒せしめ得たので報告する次第である。
A benign tumor of the right submaxillary gland was found in woman, aged 53. The gro-wth was removed surgically followed by une-ventful recovery. Microscopic examination of the growth showed it to be an epithelial and myxomatous mass interspersed with hyalini-zed tissue.
