多発性奇形を伴つた高度難聴の1例

A MARKED LOSS OF HEARING ACCOMPANIED WITH MULTIPLE ANOMALIES ON OTHER PARTS OF THE BODY

　口蓋破裂の矯正手術を希望して来科した患者で多発性の奇形をみとめた稀有な症例に遭遇したので報告する

　A case of severe deafness with multiple malformation of other parts of body in a girl, aged 10, is reported.

　The patient was brought to the clinic for an operative correction of the cleft palate. Examination showed a severe bilateral deafness, bilateral malformation of the ear lobe, fistula of left ear a hemangioma at the nasal tip, marked mandibular protrusion, dental malalignment, a foreshortened lingual frenum,a fistula of the right lacrymal sac, latent strabismus, infantile uterus and absence of mamillas.

　Chromosome test showed no abnormality.There was nothing significant in the family history or the period during gestation.
