圧迫眼振に対する1考察

STUDIES ON PRESSURE NYSTAGMUS

Ⅰ．緒言

　1881年Lucaeが外耳道圧迫により，眼振の誘発されることを発表して以来，いわゆる圧迫眼振に関する報告は，多くを数えている。しかしながら，圧迫眼振における刺激圧と誘発眼振の量的関係については，なお解明されていない。

　最近われわれは，めまいを主訴として来院した患者のうち，圧迫眼振陽性の5症例を対象に，刺激圧と誘発眼振を同時記録し，両者の関係を観察したので，報告する。

　The relation of the presence of nystagmus to the increase of pressure in the external ear canal is studied upon 5 patients whose chief complaint was dizziness and who showed a positive signs of pressure nystagmus. The nystagmus was recorded by means of electronystagmography and the pressure increase by means of strain gauge rnanometer; the two were compared against each other.
