電気的眼振記録法と光電学的眼振記録法との比較研究

　I．緒言

　眼球振盪記録法は古くから色々工夫され，多種多様の方法が発表されて居る。併し本検査が人間を対照とする場合，精密であると共に被検者に与える負担の少い方法であることが望まれる。この二つの条件を満たし得なかつた機械的方法は既に過去のものとなり，現在では主として電気的或は光学的方法が各国で使用さてれ居るが，これらの方法は必ずしも理想的なものとは言えなくとも非常な進歩をもたらした事は確かである。

　前回我々は電気的眼振記録の際，問題となる種々の外的条件について考察し之を報告したが，最近Pfalt und Richter（1956）のPhotoelektronystagmographie. Guillemin and Jorok（1958）のphotoelectric nystagmographyに做い，その光電池の代りにphototransistorを使用して光電学的眼振記録用の眼鏡を試作したので，此と従来使用して来た電気的眼振記録装置とによる二様の眼振記録を同時的に行い，その性能上並びに便宜上の比較研究を試みた。

　The results of photoelectronystagmography and electronystagmography are compared toeach other on the basis of their respective efficiency as well as the ease with which each could be employed. The former is characterized by simplicity of its usage by being free from mechanical disturbances as well as those caused by muscular and cerebral electrical-influences. However, it appeared to be less sensitive than the latter to the extent that threshold point could not be well determined.
