DETERMINATION OF FREQUENCIES IN TINNITUS AURIUM THROUGH PITCH MATCH METHOD

はじめに

　耳鳴の周波数を測定する方法として，著者はさきに音の遮蔽現象を利用する方法（masking method）について報告したが，本篇では耳鳴と検査音とをききくらべながら，耳鳴に一致または近似する周波数をえらんでゆくpitch match method of tinnitus（耳鳴の周波数の比較的測定法）について述べる。

　The pitch match method of tinnitus which consists of gradual selction of test tones to match the intensity of the existing tinnitus is introduced. The methods advocated by Fowler, Graham, Reed and Kawamura are mentioned. The author's method of using an audiometor in combination with brancket method is explained.
