唾液管，舌頸部にみられたまれな疾患例の経験

RARE CASES OF TRAUMATIC INJURY SALIVARY DUCT, TONGUE AND CERVICAL REGION

　I．はじめに

　顔面，耳下腺，口腔，頭頸部は良性・悪性など種々の腫瘍好発部位であることは周知のところである。また最近は交通事故などにより，これらの部位に損傷を受けたり，機能不全（変形，瘢痕，醜形など）を残すこともまれではない。

　最近著者らは耳鼻咽喉科境界領域における比較的まれな疾患を経験したので，その5〜6例についての治療の大要を記載にとどめておきたい。

　Recently, due to the increase in external trauma, the number of injuries and affections relative to the parotid glands and the duct of Stenon is ever on the increase. Though repair of these injuries, especially the ducts needs much more improvement in the method. The authors employed a small vinyl tube in combination with a flap of oral mucous membrane with a certain amount of success.
