ヒステリー症にみられた喉頭部律動性痙攣の1例

CLONIC CONTRACTION OF THROAT MUSCLES IN A CASE OF HYSTERIA

　I．はしがき

　喉頭部律動性痙攣の報告例はごく少数であり，とりわけKlienの発生機転による分類でヒステリーによる律動性痙攣はきわめてまれである。本症例はヒステリー性のものと考えるので報告する。

　Authors report a case of hysteria in whom the laryngeal region was affected with continued clonic muscular contraction. Myographic study pointed to the mylohyoid muscle as the culprit. The patient was cured by psychotherapy and at present, 6 years later, no recurrence is seen.
