I．はじめに

　大唾液腺腫瘍に較べて口腔内小唾液腺腫瘍の報告例は比較的少なく，なかでも舌に発生するものは稀である。われわれは最近小唾液腺由来と思われる舌悪性腫瘍（adenocarcinoma,mucoepider—moid carcinoma）の2症例を経験したので，先賢の報告に追加したい。

Case 1 was a 75-year-old man presenting a small tumor at the upper surface of the tongue. Case 2 was a 70-year-old woman with a tumor at the lower surface of the tongue. The tumor of the first case was removed surgically with postoperative irradiation, and pathological exami-nation revealed adenocarcinoma. The tumor of the second case was also removed surgically but without postoperative irradiation nor chemo-therapy, and pathological examination revealed mucoepidermoid carcinoma.
