難聴，耳鳴，反回神経麻痺に対するRedisol（高単位ビタミB12製剤）使用経験（その1）

THE USE OF REDISOL (ENRICHED VITAMIN B12) IN TREATMENT OF LOSS OF HEARING TINNITUS AURIUM AND PARALYSIS OF RECURRENT LARYNGEAL NERVE

　はじめに

　最近難聴，耳鳴に対する治療は，大別して手術的療法と薬物的療法とに分けられるが，これらの進歩は誠に目覚ましいものがある。しかしこれらの療法は，完成されたものではなく，なお研究途上のものといつて差支えなく，今後更に優れた方法が要求され，研究が続けられている現状である。本稿においては，薬物的療法中特に高単位ビタミンB₁₂療法（レヂソール（Redisol））の使用経験について述べてみたい。因みに現状の薬物的療法を簡単に列挙してみよう。

　1）ビタシン剤，2）血管系に作用する薬剤自律神経に作用する薬剤，4）鎮静剤，鎮痛剤，催眠薬，5）鎮痙剤，6）その他に大別されよう。

　Redisol was used for treatment of nerve deafness, tinnitus aurium and paralysis of recurrent nerve with effective results. In recovery of deafness the agent appeared to be the most effective in higher tones 1,000 cps, 2,000 cps and 4,000 cps. It's effectivity towards relief of tinnitus aurium was quite remarkable; it appeared that this disease is due to some disturbance that may be found in the groups of cells in the cerebral center.
