慢性中耳炎手術後の難治症例—慢性中耳炎手術後の治癒についての考察

OPERATIVE TREATMENT OF CHRONIC OTITIS MEDIA WITH DIFFICULT POSTOPERATIVE HEARING

　Ⅰ．緒言

　慢性中耳炎の手術後の治療方針はその手術の種類によつて異なる。鼓室成形術は術後の聴力保持の立場から術後処置を考えなくてはならない。

　根治手術の治癒は一応手術創腔の上皮化が主目的であるが，この方法は古くから行なわれて来たものであり根本治療方針は最近においても変らない。創面の自然上皮化あるいは移植皮弁により乾燥化を計るのであるが，その時期の長短はあつてもさほど難しい治療方法ではない。

An obstinate case of chronic otitis media that failed to respond to various forms of treatments, operative and otherwise, is repo ted. For the period of 3 years the original operative wound failed to form epithelization and produced excessive granulation tissues in spite of repeated reoperations and wound cu-rrettage performed under local anesthesia, supplemented by bacterial examinations and various drug-therapies. The case is commen-ted from the stand-point of delayed wound healing both, from local and general causes.
