原発不明の側頭部悪性神経鞘腫（Malignant Neurinoma）症例

A MALIGNANT NEURINOMA OF PARIETAL REGION OF UNKNOWN OIRGIN

　Ⅰ．はじめに

　耳鼻咽喉科領域における神経鞘腫（Neurinoma）は聴神経腫瘍に多く，その他の部位では舌・頸部・顔面神経・歯肉部・外耳道・鼻腔・副鼻腔・三叉神経・軟口蓋・下顎・喉頭など広範囲にわたつて発生するがその数は少なく報告された症例もあまり多くはない。しかもNeurillomaは一般に良性のものとされ悪性のものあるいは悪性変化を示したものは文献上ほとんどその例をみないといつてもよくごくまれなものとされている。われわれは最近耳後部に発生し悪性と診断された原発不明のNeurinomaを経験したのでここに報告する。

　A case of a large tumor that apparently originated from the aural region involving the parietal bone to the extent which caused functional disturbances in the Vth, VIIth, VIIIth, IXth, Xth and XIIth cranial nerves is reported. The growth was removed surgically and it was shown to be a malignant neurinoma.
