頸部交感神経幹原発の悪性神経鞘腫の1症例

Malignant Schwannoma from Sympathetic Cervical Nerve Trunk:reportort of a Case

　はじめに

　悪性神経鞘腫は稀な疾患であり，本邦では頭頸部領域で1926年関口ら^1）の報告以来47例が報告されているに過ぎない。発生部位は頸部では迷走神経由来が多く他に頸神経由来も報告されているが，頸部交感神経由来は本邦では自験例が最初である。今回われわれは，ホルネル徴候を初発症状とした頸部交換神経幹原発の悪性神経鞘腫を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

Kyoto First Red Cross Hospital, Kyoto A 35-year-old male presented with a chief com-plaint of a left cervical swelling. A mass was resect-ed totally from his left neck. But two months later, the tumor was recurred and bone metastasis was found. Chemotherapy was performed 2 times. Although the tumor was sensitive to the drug, com-plete remission was not obtained. He died of pneu-monia due to lung metastasis.
