痙攣性発声障害症例とその本邦における報告例について

SPASMODIC DISTURBANCE OF PHONATION

　Ⅰ．緒言

　痙攣性発声障害は音声器官に器質的病変を発見することが出来ず，圧迫性の音声を発する疾患であつて，機能性音声障害と見なされている。この疾患は病像が特異であるのみでなく，その発症には，精神心理的要因が大きいと見なされている。

　著者は，さきに，この疾患と思われる一症例を報告したが，その後，さらに一症例について詳細に観察することが出来たので報告し，あわせて，この疾患について考按を加えようと思う。

The author reports a case of spasmodic disturbance of phonation in a patient, aged 52, and makes review of the literature of this country for 8 other similar cases. No clear-cut relation was established between disturbed phonation and a person whose profession is dependent upon phonation. The causative factor of the disease was found to be psychogenic and the treatment was natu-rally psychotherapy.
