　Ⅰ．はじめに

　前編において，わたくしどもはmoldエキスによる皮内反応成績について述べたが，もちろん，皮内反応成績だけでrespiratory allergyの診断を下すことは危険である。とくにragweedpollen seasonとの関係，室内塵との交叉性の問題から，さらに確立した他覚的診断法が望まれる。

　moldの関与するrespiratory allergyの診断法として文献上に見られる　①病歴による補助診断，②皮膚反応，③粘膜反応および粘膜誘発試験，④血清学的検査などの概略を述べ，各著者が実際に行なつた診断法および成績と，わたくしどもが施行している方法とその成績の一端について述べてみたいと思う。

　Methods by which diagnosis of nasal allergy caused by molds are reported with review of literature. The methods include history taking, intradermal tests, mucous membrane tests, mold room test and Prausnitz-Küstner test or some of their combinations. To these tests the authors added tissue examination. Three cases of presence of circulating antigen were shown by sedimentation tests; two cases of positive tests were found by Prausnitz-Küstner test.
