Cheilitis granulomatosaの1例

　Ⅰ．緒言

　肉芽腫性口唇炎は極めて稀な疾患とされ，1945年Miescher^1）がその組織所見として肉芽腫様の類結核ないし類肉腫様炎症像を報告して以来，症例の報告がなされているが，本邦では昭和27年足立^2）の学会報告が最初である。その後は主に皮膚科領域において発表がなされている^{3）4）5）6）7）8）}。私は最近下口唇の著明な持続的腫脹，右頬粘膜，両舌小丘部の限局性腫脹を呈し，組織学的に本症の典型的な一例と考えられ，副腎皮質ホルモン及びレ線照射により軽快の得られた一例を経験したので，その概略を報告する。

A man, aged 35, complained of a long stan-ding redness and swelling of the lower lip and an occasional localized swelling of the right cheek and parts of the tongue. Biopsy specimen taken from lip showed the changes to be due to non-specific granuloma ; similar specimens taken from the cheek and the to-ngue showed chronic inflammatory tissues. Etiologically this condition was probably the result of repeated contractions of acute co-lds with a resultant manifestation of allergic tissue reactions. The patient was cured by administration of cortisone along with X-ray irradiation therapy.
