鼻部横紋筋肉腫の1例

　緒言

　横紋筋より腫瘍の発生することは稀とされ，就中横紋筋肉腫の報告は文献上散見されるに過ぎないが，本症の報告は1854年Weber^17）の21歳男子の舌にみられた症例の報告が最初とされており，その後主に欧米においてその追加がなされている。しかしながら本邦特に耳鼻咽喉科領域においてはその報告はみあたらないようである。私は最近1歳男児の鼻翼部から頬部にかけみられた腫瘍の組織学的検索により横紋筋肉腫と判明した稀有なる1例を経験したので，その概略を報告する。

A case of embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma in a male infant, aged 15 months, is reported. The growth made its initial appearance on the nasal ala and spread, towards the dorsum of the nose as well as the region of the cheek. The growth was removed surgically, but 3 months later it recurred in its original locality with swelling of cervical glands. Second re-moval was effected with implantation of radon seeds for after treatment. No further growth is noted.
