頸椎前面において上咽頭より下咽頭に亘り発育した線維腫の1例

　I．緒言

　上咽頭に於ける線維腫の発生は所謂鼻咽腔線維腫として報告され，それ程稀なものではないが，中咽頭，下咽頭に於ける線維腫の報告は極めて稀である。私は最近16歳の少女に於て，中咽頭咽後隙附近が原発巣と考えられ，上咽頭より下咽頭に亘り巨大に発育し，為めに鼻閉，嚥下困難，呼吸困難等を来した症例に遭遇し，之を気管切開，全身麻酔下に経口的に腫瘍剔出を施行した1例を経験したのでその概要を報告し，大方の御批判を仰ぐ次第である。

Kiuchi reports a case of fibroma which originated from the anterior surface of the cervical spine. The patient was a girl, aged 16, who complained of dyepnea and dyspha-gia. By means of tracheotomy and tracheal anesthesia the large fibroma which infringed upon laryngeal structures were removed by external cervical approach. The patient made an uneventful recovery.
