内耳性難聴および耳鳴に対する高単位アリナミン糖衣錠の使用経験

　まえがき

　近年聴覚の電気生理学，内耳の生化学や組織化学の研究の進展と共に，内耳性難聴に対する各種薬物治療の成績が多数発表され，その作用機序も解明されつつあり，いずれも有効な成績が報告されている。

　その中でもビタミンB₁の大量投与が，神経性難聴に有効なことが，切替教授や後藤（修）教授によつてすでに発表されて以来，幾多の臨床報告がなされている。

In 23cases affected with nerve deafness and tinnitus aurium Alinamin in high dosage 150 mg per day was administered for the period of 3 weeks. For cases of tinnitus and hard of hearing the rate of improvement was69.5% ; for hearing alone the improvement was 42.9% ; for tinnitus alone 91% of the total number of cases reported a cure.
