　Ⅰ．緒言

　一般に内耳性難聴の予後は不良であり，耳科医のあらゆる努力にも拘らず患者の期待に沿い得ない場合が多い。

　現在広く行なわれている内耳性難聴の治療は，全身的薬物療法が主であり，それも内耳血行の調整及び内耳代謝の助長を目的としたものが好んで使用されている。

The authors report that the most effective use of Alinamin and Alinamin F for treatment of nerve deafness to be as follows:

(1) Alinamin should be administered in a large dose at a time rather than in a prolonged period.

(2) In order to concentrate the agent within, the region of the inner ear a means should be adopted whereby to increase the circulation in this particular area. For this purpose Alinamin F may be chosen and administered intravenously. Such an object may be further emphasized if the stellate ganglion is blocked beforehand
