耳鳴に対するストミンゾンネ錠使用経験

　I．緒言

　耳鳴を訴える患者51名69耳にストミンゾンネ錠を使用したところ，耳鳴の消失，軽快したものは69耳中41耳すなわち59.4％であり，疾患別にみると，耳鳴の原因が伝音系障害のものに，耳鳴の性状別からすると低音の耳鳴により大なる効果を認め，有効例では治療日数6〜10日で効果を認めた。

Using stomin sonne in treatment of tinni-tus aurium involving 69 ears in 51 patients, it was found that,in 49 ears or 59.4%, this symptom either improved or disappeared com-pletely. The effect appears to be the more favorable when the cause of the disease is due conduction disturbance and the tonal qu-ality is low in type: the results should be known in 6 to 10 days of treatment.
