人工喉頭音声の分析的研究

　I．緒言

　喉頭全摘出術を受けた所謂無喉頭者に発声及び会話を行なわせる手段としては，現在食道音声及び人工喉頭の2種が使用されている。食道音声は器具を要しない事，自然性及び明瞭度に優れている等の点から，代用音声としては最も良いとされているが，習得には多大の練習を必要とし必らず成功するとは限らない。人工喉頭では習得は比較的容易であるが，自然性に欠け明瞭度も良好とは云えず，声の調子は一定で任意に変化させることは不可能である。これ等の欠点を改善するための基礎的な資料を得る目的で，ソナグラフを用いて人工喉頭音声を分析し，正常音声と比較検討を行なつた。

An analysis of voice produced by artificial larynx was attempted with following resu-lts :

1. Vibratory action of the membrane made by rubber in the artificial larynx is rather inconsistent and unstable. 2. A partial change in the formant of vowels is noted.

3. Consonants were generally produced less energetically, shorter sustainable and with lowering in the quality of higher tones.
