興味ある経過を示したBehcet氏病の1症例—立木豊教授開講20週年記念論文

　I．緒言

　口腔，眼，外陰部等の皮膚粘膜移行部に再発性のアフタ様潰瘍を生じ，同時にリウマチス様症状を合併する徴候群は，これと類似の疾患をも含めてBehcet氏徴候群と記載されている。しかもその原因は今日尚不明であり，治療も亦適確なものが無く，数年或は数十年再発を繰返して全治することは極めて少ないといわれている。我々もこの徴候群と同一範疇に入るべき症例に遭遇し，然も3年有余の長きに亘つてその病像を観察し得たのでここに報告する。

　Kakuta and associates report a case of Behcet's syndrome in whom the patient a woman, aged 30, suffered for a period of 3 years repeated attacks of multiple ulcerations that occurred on the external genitalia, oral and pharyngeal mucous membranes. Various treatments failed to attain favorable effects but, finally, by predonine therapy the disease was brought under control.
