Streptmycinの副作用による耳鳴に対するStopmin錠の使用経験

　Streptmycinの副作用として生ずる耳鳴に対する治療については，今日尚V. B₁等を用いる他に適確な方法もない状態であつた。最近ゾンネボード製薬会社により耳鳴に対する綜合治療剤Stopmin錠の提供を受けたので，国立大蔵病院に入院中の肺結核症患者でS. M. 使用により発生したと思われる耳鳴を訴える者についてこれを試用しある程度の効果を得たのでここに報告する。

　Nomura states that, in-so-far as the pathological process by which tinnitus brought on by streptomycin therapy is yet to be explained, there is no specific method wherein such tinnitus may be adequately treated excepting the use of vitamin B₁, which seems at the best to be faintly effective. In face of this situation a new compound Stopmin is advanced by Sonnenbod and Co. To a certain extent stopmin provcd to be effective in allaying symntoms of tinnitus caused by st reptomycin therapy.
