両側共に極度の眼球突出を来たした篩骨洞Pyoceleの治験

　I．緒言

　副鼻腔のMucoceleやPyoceleは，その貯留液の増加に伴なつて眼球突出や視力障害を来たすことが屡々であるが，これらは主として一側である。しかしながら我々は最近両側共に極度の眼球突出を来たした稀有な症例に遭遇し，手術によつてこれを治癒さすことが出来たので茲に報告する。

A case of extreme exophthalmus caused by bilateral ethmoidal pyocele is reported. It was found that both ethmoidal sinuses and frontal sinuses on either side were connected freely witheach other's counterpart. The presence of intraorbital abcess was also con-tributory to the exophthalmos besides the pyocele. The patient made an uneventfulrecovery after pansinectomy.
