不幸な転帰をとつた顆粒細胞減少症の1症例

A CASE OF AGRANULOCYTOSIS

　緒言

　突然，高熱をもつて現われ，末梢血流中の総白血球数の減少，就中，顆粒球の減少または消失，および壊疽性口内炎を特長とする顆粒細胞減少症は，1922年ベルリンの内科医Schultzの報告以来，一般の注意を換起し，多数の報告が相ついだが，最近ではまた，人工放射能障害の立場から新らしい焦点となつてきた。われわれは最近29歳の男子で急激に重篤な症状に陥入り，輸血，Cortisone，A. C. T. H. Z. 等を使用したにもかかわらず，ついに不幸な転帰をとつた一例を経験したので，ここに報告する。

　A middle-aged man was found to be affected agranulocytosis. He was vigorously treated for the period of 10 days with blood transfusions, cortisone, or ACTH which were combined with the use of antibiotics but no change was seen in the blood picture. Various organs of the body were affected with ulcerations. tissue necrosis and bacterial invasions The patient died.
