開口部糜爛性外皮症の1例

　I．緒言

　最近数年来我が国に於て眼，口，陰部を侵し，更に皮膚にも発疹を見る症候群が発表されて来た。此等の症候群は総体的には似ているが，個々には可成著しい相異が認められる。1916年仏国のRenduは人体開口部の皮膚及び粘膜，即ち口腔，鼻腔，結膜，外陰部を侵す疾患を報告し，開口部糜爛性外皮症と呼称したのであるが，我々も本症と思われる1例を経験したので報告する。

Koyama and associates report a case of ulcerative disease of mucous membrane near the skin in whom the disease was manifested by a high fever, marked affection of oralmucous membrane, ocular mucous membrane ulcers, epithelial pustules and genital dermal ulcerations. The use of cortisone by general administration proved to be highly effective in curing the condition without leaving any scar formations in the afected area.
