ミエログラフィーによるモルヨドールの頭蓋内残存例について

　まえがき

　1922年フランスのSicardにより，沃度油を使用して試みられたミエログラフィーは，今日整形外科領域に於いて，脊髄疾患の診断に広く用いられている。しかして注入せられたる造影剤の運命については，諸氏により臨床的にも実験的にも研究されているが，たまたまミエログラフイーに用いられた造影剤が，長期間頭蓋内に残存せる症例に遭遇したので報告する。

　症例：山口某女28歳

Iodized oil used for myelography was found in the cranial cavity 5 years after the proce-dure. A patient complained of nasal and aural obstruction. X-Ray of the sinuses was taken which revealed small shadows dispersed in the cranial base. A brain tumor was suspected upon this finding but a careful inquiry into patient's history shed light on the true state of affairs.
