耳鼻咽喉科領域に於ける静注全麻

　耳鼻咽喉科領域に於ける手術処置の際の静注全麻に就いては，既に西村，菱山等の報告がある。私も最近ラボナール，イソゾールを使用し若干の経験を得たので報告する。

Takeuchi states that isozol-ravanal is an agent that produces satisfactory general anes-thesia employed intravenously. From his ex-perience of administration of this agent in 351 cases it seems to be the most convenient when used in minor surgery such as incising of an abcess and to obviate pain during post-operative changes in the packing of wounds. It may be employed for bronchoscopy and sinus operations as long as a close attention is given to proper removal of discharges from the pharynx ; but, it is not suited to be used in laryngeal operation or intranasal operations.
