篩骨蜂窠より発生せる血管外被細胞腫に就いて

　緒言

　鼻腔竝びに副鼻腔に発生する悪性腫瘍中，最も多く見られるのは癌腫で肉腫が之に次ぐ。

　これ等の肉腫の内には病理組織学上，円形竝びに紡錘形細胞肉腫，黒色肉腫と血管並びに淋巴管より発生する肉腫との3つに大別されているが，後者には更に所謂内被細胞腫と外被細胞腫との二種類が挙げられている。内被細胞腫は肉腫中最もしばしば見られるが外被細胞腫に至つては極めて少く，従つてその報告例も又珍らしい。

GOTO and MATSUYAMA report a case of angiosarcoma in a man aged 55. The tumor was found in the right ethmoids. After re-moval of the maxillary bone the patient re-mained fairely well for the nesuing period of 3 years, but, he finally died from recurrence of the disease.
