咽喉頭リンパ管拡張症症例

　緒言

　咽喉頭部の梅毒性病変については臨牀上それ程珍らしいものでもなく，又文献的にも種々の型のものの記載が見られるが，私の経験した症例は恐らく梅毒に起因すると思われる咽喉頭部の腫脹で，喘鳴，呼吸困難等を呈したが，組織学的には著明なリンパ管拡張，リンパ液欝滞，及び結節状リンパ球集積を主とした所見を示した特異な症例であり，又文献上余り記載を見ないのでこゝに御報告し，御批判を仰ぎ度い。

Hirose reports a case of laryngeal lymph-vascular ectasis. The patient, a man aged 51, complained of marked difficulty of breathing from laryngeal edema which required tra-cheotomy in two successive occasions to re-lieve the dyspnea. Microscopic examination showed the cause of the swelling to be the result of abnormal dilatation of the lymphatic vessels. The patient reacted positive to sy-philis test. Under anti-luetic therapy theedema showed a gradual recession.
