Abstract. Purpose:To report a case of hemorrhagic lymphangiectasia of bulbar conjunctiva with spontaneous resolution. Case:A 5-year-old girl presented with gradually excerbating hyperemia of her left eye since 19 months before. She had been treated with topical antiallergic medication. Findings and Clinical Course:Her corrected visual acuity was 1.2 right and 1.0 left. The left conjunctiva showed blood-filled dilated lymphatic vessels and subconjunctival hemorrhage. The affected eye was treated by nonsteroid anti-inflammatory drug(NSAID). Two weeks later, blood disappeared from the lymphatic vessels, leaving minimum hyperemia and lymphangiectasia. Conclusion:Spontaneous cure may occur in hemorrhagic lymphangiectasia of the conjunctiva.
