LYMPHANGIECTASIA OF THE PENIS

Ⅰ．緒言

　陰茎リンパ管拡張症は，ほとんど自覚症を持たず，また重篤な疾患というわけではない。患者が索状硬結に気づいて来院するか，医師が診察に際して偶然発見するといった種類の病態である。報告例の少ないのは，往々にして看過され，あるいは関心なく放置されるためであろう。文献的には，地方学会において2〜3の報告^1）2）3）があるに過ぎず，原著としては北川氏^4）の一文があるのみである。海外文献においても特にこれに触れたものを見ない。われわれは，この10数年間に5例の本症に遭遇し，不審を抱いて検索してみた。成書^5）にも記載のある疾患なので，ここに一括して報告しておくのも無意味ではないと考える。

5 cases of lymphangiectasis of the penis were reported. Most of them were seen in the 20th decade and the marriage status has no relations. Almost no subjective symptoms were noticed and most of themwere found accidently.

The size are mostly similar to the vas and is a tortuous cord like mass with almost no adhesions, redness nor tenderness. Most of them occur at sulcus coronarius as though surrounding the penis but occationally are seem at the base of the penis like a cord like mass. Treatments are either resection of the indurated area or tapp the mass and remove the lymph.
