他覚的耳鳴に就いて

　Ⅰ．緒言

　抑々耳鳴は日常の診療に際し非常に屡々遭遇する疾患の1つであるがその大多数は自覚的耳鳴であつて他覚的耳鳴の患者を診療する機会は前者に比すれば稀である。然し非常に稀有であると云うわけではなく吾国に於ても以前より幾多の報告例がある。耳鳴は大きく分けて自覚的耳鳴と他覚的耳鳴に分けられる。他覚的耳鳴は所謂広義の耳鳴に入るもので耳鳴を患者自身が聴取する外に，他の人々に依つても患者と同様の雑音が聴取し得られる場合で，その音源を推定又は認め得るものである。

　吾々は偶々筋肉性他覚耳鳴的耳鳴患者3名を診察する機会を得たので，之を報告し諸家の例に追加するものである。

Yamamoto and associates report three cases of what may be considered as tinnitus derived from external cause: a man aged 22 showing spasticity levator levi palatini muscles, a wo-man aged 47 with spasticity of tensor veli paratini and woman aged 35 showing spasti-city of both, the levator and tensor levi palatini. Statistical review is extended to 106 similar casses reported in the literature of this country.
