Vascular Objective Tinnitus: Roport of a Case

　I．はじめに

　今回筆者らは，硬膜動静脈瘻による他覚的耳鳴を経験し，その治療に関する若干の文献的考察を行ったので報告する。

　Vascular objective tinnitus in a 47-year-old housewife was audible at the right mastoid region. Arteriovenous shunts from the occipital and middle meningeal arteries to the transverse sinus were later demonstrated on angiograms. After ligation of external carotid artery, the tinnitus was disappeared.
