血管性他覚的耳鳴の1症例—いわゆる本態性他覚的耳鳴について

OBJECTIVE TINNITUS OF VASCULAR ORIGIN

　I．はじめに

　体内に何らかの音源をもち，機械的の成因によつて聴取される他覚的耳鳴の症例は，既に多くの報告がなされている。他覚的耳鳴の原因としては血管性，筋肉性，顎関節に由来するもの，血流の変化によるものなどが挙げられている。血管性他覚的耳鳴では，さらに動脈系に由来するもの，静脈系に何らかの音源を推測されるものに分けられる。

　動静脈瘻，動脈瘤，脳腫瘍など動脈系に原因が見出された他覚的耳鳴の症例は数多くの報告例がみられる。しかし，静脈系と考えられた症例報告は，これに比べで少ない。

　A case of a vascular objective tinnitus in a child, aged 3, is reported.

　The tinnitus is audible at the occipital and bilateral temporal regions when the auricle is pressed against the head while the child is asleep. Otherwise the child's physical findings were normal.

　The authors considered that this abnormal tinnitus arose from intracranial venous system which caused venous flow changes by the activity of parasympathetic nervous system during sleep.
