緒言
他覚的耳鳴症例は比較的稀ではあるが，本邦に於ては1903年久保猪之吉教授32）が報告して以来，既に106例を数える程で左程稀なものとは云い難い。他覚的耳鳴の音源は種々であるので，音源に基いて分類すると，大きく筋肉性，血管性，其の他の雑音に依るものの，3群に分けられる。
吾々は，先に第348回関東地方会例会に於て筋肉性他覚的耳鳴の3例に就て，文献的考察も併せて報告したが今回は血管性のものに就て報告し，更に筋肉性の1例を追加する。
Two cases of objective tinnitus are repor-ted. In the first case, a man aged 57, the rythmical noise in the patient's ear trasmit-ted through an otoscope was discernible to the examiner. The tinnitus was determined to be that of vascular origin. In the second case, a woman aged 47, objective tinnitus in the right ear due to abnormal contraction of the stapidial muscle was established after the patient had been injured in an accident. A review of literature on objective tinnitus con-cerned with vascular origin is made.
