他覚的筋性耳鳴の1例

Objective Muscular Tinnitus Report of a Case

　はじめに

　他覚的耳鳴は比較的まれな疾患であり，その音源および原因から筋性，血管性，呼吸性および顎関節の異常によるものに大別され，過去の報告では血管性が最も多く，筋性耳鳴がそれに次いでいる。今回われわれは小児の随意性筋性耳鳴の1例を経験し，耳鳴音の周波数分析および時間分析，鼻咽腔ファイバー検査により音源を推察したので報告する。

A 6 year old female had an objective and volun-tary tinnitus with click-like sound. From the charac-teristics of the tinnitus, nasopharyngoscopic find-ings, and frequency and time analysis of the tinnitus, it was concluded that the tinnitus was most likely caused by opening and closure of the eustachian tube under contraction of the peritubal muscles. No treatment was given, because the patient did not feel the tinnitus uncomfortable and she could con-trol the tinnitus voluntarily.
