我が教室に於ける上気道釀母菌症の展望

　最近サルフア剤，各種抗生物質の発達普及に伴つて此等薬剤の使用時に感受性細菌叢の発育阻止或いは体内酵素系の変化，ビタミン量の低下等と共に真菌感染症が増加し，耳鼻咽喉科領域に於ても強く注目される様になつて来た。

　我が教室に於ては昭和2年より昭和20年迄の19年間に鰐淵・宮竹の「口腔咽頭醸母菌病2例」の発表があるに過ぎないが，昭和21年以後は6例の上気道醸母菌症を認め，特に最近の数年に多く経験しているので，私は昭和21年以後に於ける症例に就いて茲に総括的に観察して見たいと思う。

Shirai finds 8 cases of moniliasis involving the upper air passage among the medical re-cords of the patients who had visited the Department of Otolaryngology of Kumamoto University Medical School during the part 31 year since 1927 to 1957. However 6 cases of the 8 are findings that have occurred since 1946 and a general survey covering their symptoms and treatment are made here.
