OGINO reports of his clinical obsesvatios on 38 cases of nasopharygeal tumors which he had encoun-tered in the last 15 years. Nasopharygeal fibromas, characterized by nasal obstructions and epistaxis, are apt to occur more frequently in male adolescents, especially between the ages 15 to 20, than in females. Prognosis of fibroma is very favorable when treated by means of operation and radium irradiation. On the other hand the prognosis of nasopharygeal cancer, the most characteristic features of which are headache, deafness and paralysis of the V, VI, and Ⅶ cranial nerves, that at the time of admission to the hospital may not show evidence of cervical gland metastasis but may develop later in the course of the disease, is usually poor. Nasopharygeal sarcoma with fibroma constiuted a fairly large proportion of all tumors in this area and 77 per cent of the former were that of reticular cell type. Endothelioma was found in 1 case only.
