急性嚥下不能の1症例

　緒言

　最近私達は，突発的な嚥下不能と共に，左眼瞼下垂，左口蓋麻痺，左声帯麻痺，右半身知覚麻痺を訴えた患者に相遇し，内科，神経科と共同観察のもとに種々検査を行ふ機会を得，本症が血管神経症に基因する事を確め，7％重曹水静注によつて軽決したので茲に報告する。

Taniguchi and Yamakawa report a case in whom the patient suffered symptoms of su-dden onset of dysphagia accompanied by ble-phoptosis, anesthesia of the palate, paralysis of vocal cord and generalized loss of sensta-tion,the all of which affecting the left side of the body. It was found that the symp-toms were due to resulte of vasomotor ner-vous upset. Treatments consisted of admi-nistrating a considtrabls quantity of 7% so-dium bicarbonate solution intravenously. The patient was completely cured of the di-sease.
