耳鼻咽喉科領域手術に於ける強化麻酔の経験

　緒言

　1950年にフランスに於て，Chlorpromazineが合成されて以来，その特有な多角的薬理作用は衆目の集まる所となり，我国に於ても昨に入つて多くの報告を見るに至つた。現在その臨牀的応用は各科に普く及んではいるが，ひとり耳咽喉科領域に於ては，他の領域に比しその報告も多しとしないように見うけられるので，最近我が教室に於て行つた耳鼻喉咽科各疾患に対するChlorpromazineの内服投与の結果を略述し，ついで主題とするM₁カクテルによる強化麻酔の経験について述べることとする。

　Haraguchi and Yokobori state that, the use of chlorpromazine 50 mg, pyrethiazine 50 mg and opistan 105 mg together as M₁ cartel premedication administered by injection, the anesthesia is thereby augmented and its course is made to run smoothly without any danger. The fall of blood pressure due to these agents is maintained at an adequate level by administration of noradrenalin. In one case particulary due to inadequate dosage of noradrenalin the patient progressed intoa state of shock but a further addition of noradrenalin resulted in a quick recovery.
