星状神経節遮断の奏効したメニエル氏病の10例

　交感神経節のプロカイン遮断は単に麻痺効力持続時間内に止らず，以後長く生体に一定の影響を及ぼし，従つて或種の疾患に診断的並に治療的価値のある事は既に確認されている^1）18）。

　星状神経節のプロカイン遮断（SB）は，Lerich ＆ Fontain（1936）^11）が始めて脳卒中の治効を記載し，脳循環障碍に基く頭部の病的状態の積極的療法として諸家の関心を惹いた。特に欧米外科領域では広く臨床に応用されるに至つた^4）15）。本邦での報告は尠く，且つ一般されていない。我々は之をメニエル氏病10例に用い，その効果を認めたのでここに報告する。症例は昭和26年12月から昭和29年12月迄の外来患者中比較的経過観察の出来たものである。
