鼻咽腔線維腫の3症例特にその治療法に就いて

　Ⅰ．緒言

　鼻咽腔に発生する血管に富む腫瘍，特に鼻咽腔線維腫に就いては，現在迄可成り沢山の報告があるが，私共も最近その3例を経験し，治療法に聊か知見を得たので茲に報告し，大方諸賢の御批判を得度いと思う。

MORIYAMA and YOSHIDA report 3 cases of angiofibroma of the nasopharynx. Radium and radon-seeds were implanted in the mass after an attempt at surgical removal. But because of profuse severe hemorrhage that may be incurred by surgery the authors contend that it is more advisable to wait for sponta-neous involution with radiation therapy rather than an immediate operative removal, unless the latter is imminently necessary.
